The website amuleto.gr is an online store selling handmade jewellery via the Internet (hereinafter referred to as the Website) which belongs to the jewellery designer Phaedra Spyridi with the distinctive title “AMULETO” and is based in Athens, V. amuleto.gr has made every effort to best and as accurately as possible display the displayed products by displaying photographs and descriptions of each of the products. Nevertheless, this website may contain typographical, numerical or illustrative errors or modifications. amuleto.gr does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the illustrations and descriptions or the reliability of any opinion, statement or other relevant information mentioned or posted on this Website.

4. MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS OF THE PRESENT

amuleto.gr reserves the exclusive right to renew or modify the terms and conditions of transactions and undertakes the obligation to promptly update this text for any modification, change or addition made to these terms.

5. OUR PRODUCTS AND THEIR PRICES

All prices presented in our catalogs include 24% VAT. We reserve the right to make any adjustments to prices.

6. ORDERING AND PURCHASING PRODUCTS

Adults with full legal capacity can place remote orders and purchases of amuleto.gr products through the amuleto.gr online store. Exclusively for the needs of completing their orders, users will be asked to complete the necessary information in the relevant order form. For the consumer’s information before completing the contract in accordance with Par. 2 of article 4 of Law 2251/1994, the amuleto.gr order form refers to: a) the basic characteristics of the product, b) the price, quantity and cost of transportation of the products and c) the method of payment and delivery of the order. Having taken into account all the above information, users can confirm the correctness of their order and, after confirming that they have read and accept these terms of use, register their order electronically on the amuleto.gr website, by making the corresponding selection on the order form. After electronically registering their order on amuleto.gr, users will receive electronically (via email) confirmation of receipt of their order from amuleto.gr and a copy thereof, which they can save or print,

7. PAYMENT METHODS

a) By Credit Card:

After adding the products to the cart and wishing to pay by credit card, you complete the order and immediately you are redirected to the secure environment of EUROBANK EFG Bank where you will fill in your personal information and the card details, where you will be asked for. All debit, credit and prepaid cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro). amuleto.gr is not responsible for any errors in the recording of the data by the customer, as well as for the truthfulness of the data reported. The customer is solely responsible. Also, the company is not responsible for any problems that may occur during the transaction.

b) With Paypal:

By choosing to pay via Paypal you will be transferred to the Paypal website (online secure transaction system) where you can pay either with your credit/debit card or via your Paypal account. The payment process via PayPal is fully automated and is usually completed within a few minutes. During this process no personal information (including credit card number) is stored on amuleto.gr

8. SHIPPING

amuleto.gr can serve customers from all over Greece. All domestic orders are shipped with the courier ACS COURIER and BOX NOW under the terms and conditions governing the operation of these companies.

Your orders are shipped depending on the availability of the products, usually in 3 to 8 business days.

The cost of shipping for orders within Greece is :

• 4 Euros for shipping with ACS COURIER
• 2 Euros for shipping with BOX NOW
  For orders over 60 Euros, shipping with BOX NOW is free.

The processing of the order begins the moment you receive the email confirming your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive a relevant notification message by email. We take all necessary measures for the valid delivery to you of the products you have ordered.

amuleto.gr  is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control.

By way of example and not limitation, amuleto.gr is not responsible for causes of delivery delays due to delays at customs, intermediate loading-unloading areas, transport strikes or other types of strikes that affect the delivery of products.

In case of any delay, amuleto.gr will make every effort to contact you at the details you have provided us, in order to inform you about it and to agree with you about the new delivery or the delivery of another product.

Although amuleto.gr takes every possible measure to respond to your need for information in relation to the possible lack of availability of a product, there is a possibility that there will be an unexpected lack or unavailability of the product even after your order has been confirmed.

In this case, amuleto.gr will again make every effort to contact you using the information you have provided us in order to inform you of any possible completeness and to agree with you on the new delivery or the delivery of another product or the cancellation of the order without penalty for both parties and the interest-free refund of any money you may have paid within a reasonable period of time.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your order of products within 24 hours of placing it by sending an e-mail to amuletojewellery@gmail.com.

10. RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

For every purchase made through the amuleto.gr online store, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, free of charge, within fourteen (14) days.

The products to be returned must be in their original, undamaged condition, with all labels and in their original packaging.

The aforementioned period starts from the date of receipt of the products. Shipping and insurance costs are borne by the consumer.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, consumers must complete and send us, together with the returned product in its original packaging, the special declaration of withdrawal. The draft of the declaration of withdrawal will be sent as soon as we receive your request from amuletojewellery@gmail.com and after you have completed and signed it, you send it to us together with the product to our address:

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal at amuleto.gr, the latter is obliged to refund the amount of the payment within thirty (30) days in the same way as the payment was made. The package must be accompanied by the original receipt or purchase invoice.

Earrings are not subject to changes for hygiene reasons!

No changes are made to jewellery that has been worn or used for any reason!

No changes are made to jewellery on offers!

In the event of a defective product, you must contact us at the e-mail amuletojewellery@gmail.com on the same day you received the defective jewellery! We will direct you to the return procedure. When an order is sent, if it is not received due to refusal or due to the fault of the recipient – customer, then the charges arising from this order will be borne by the recipient – customer – including, but not limited to, the cost of return.

12. APPLICABLE LAW

All transactions carried out through amuletojewellery.gr are subject to Greek law and the law of the European Union, which regulates issues related to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, Presidential Decree 131/2003) as well as the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994) which regulates issues related to distance selling. Any dispute that may arise in the context of transactions with the amuleto.gr website, shall be subject to the courts of Athens, Greece, where it has its seat.
