c) Newsletter
You have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your email address and your declaration that you agree to the newsletter subscription. After you subscribe to the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your subscription. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. d) Data storage in our online store
We point out that the IP data of the access line, as well as the name and surname, and the address of the buyer are stored for the purposes of making the shopping process easier and for the subsequent processing of the contract. In addition, the following data are stored with us for the execution of the contract: name, surname, shipping and billing address, telephone, email, and in case the buyer wishes to issue an invoice, VAT number and tax office. The data you provide us are necessary for the fulfillment of the contract. Without these data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. These data are not transferred to third parties, except for the transfer to the transport company for the purpose of delivering the goods, as well as to our accountants for the purpose of fulfilling our tax obligations. After the purchase process is completed, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship are stored until the end of the tax retention period. The name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are stored until the end of our liability for the products.
e) Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition. If you believe that the processing of your data violates the data protection law or if your data protection claims have been violated in any way, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
